The insurance and body shop industries consider I-Car to be the leader in training for the collision repair industry. The highest designation given by I-Car is the Gold Class and we are proud that CLASSIC Auto Body is an I-Car Gold Class facility. But what does that mean for you? For a shop to be I-Car Gold Class, all employees must complete a required number of I-Car points based on their position and job description. I-Car Gold Class shops must renew their status annually through continued education and training classes. This designation is an achievement that represents an outstanding level of commitment to technical training and ongoing education. Do I need to get more than one estimate?
You are not required to get more than one estimate for any insurance company. The only estimate that matters is the one from the shop you choose to perform your repairs. All estimates are for visible damage only, as there may be more hidden damage. All estimates are given cheerfully and done free of charge.

What if my insurance estimate is lower than yours?
It always is, insurance companies insure vehicles. We are the experts at repairing them. We will negotiate with your insurance company to get all the monies required to repair your vehicle to meet or exceed manufacturers’ specifications!

Am I entitled to a free loaner car?
Most insurance policies will cover a rental car. You will need to find out how much daily coverage you are entitled to under your policy. We have an Enterprise Rent-A-Car office that services our location, and they can direct bill most insurance companies. Enterprise provides free pick-up and delivery 7 days a week to our location - please call them at (856)222-1227.

How is payment arranged for my claim?
We do have direct pay arrangements with a few insurance companies. If your vehicle is financed or leased, it will have a lienholder on it and it is your responsibility to have it endorsed before your repairs are done. All other payments from your insurance company payments would be sent to the owners’ home address.

What is the warranty on the repair work?
Our repairs are warranted for as long as you own the car on labor. Paint is covered for lifetime by the paint manufacturer, Sikkens. Parts are covered by the manufacturer under their guidelines.
